    Within 10 days prior to the confirmed check-in date, the property reserves the right to automatically charge<\/b> 100% of the total cost of the booked stay to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If the card does not have sufficient funds, the booking will be cancelled.<\/p>\n

    INVOICES:
    \n<\/strong>If you require an invoice, you must request it by noting this in the booking comments and providing all billing details.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    CANCELLATION POLICY<\/span><\/span><\/h5>

    No cancellation fee will be charged up to 10 days before the arrival date;<\/p>\n

    For cancellations made less than 10 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the booked stay will be charged to your credit card.<\/p>\n

    In the event of a \u2018no-show\u2019 or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of the booked stay will be charged to your credit card. Any reduction in the length of stay is considered a cancellation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

    When you wake up, you\u2019ll find a rich and generous buffet breakfast featuring homemade pastries, fruit juices, coffee and milk, jams, croissants, brioches, plum cake, cereals, biscuits, rusks, Nutella, water, fruit juices, yoghurt and butter.<\/p>\n

    We embrace the concept of a short supply chain and aim to offer you a selection of locally sourced, zero-mile produce, depending on the season.<\/p>\n
