BOOKING BY CREDIT CARD
Within 10 days prior to the confirmed check-in date, the property reserves the right to automatically charge 100% of the total cost of the booked stay to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If the card does not have sufficient funds, the booking will be cancelled.
INVOICES:
If you require an invoice, you must request it by noting this in the booking comments and providing all billing details.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellation fee will be charged up to 10 days before the arrival date;
For cancellations made less than 10 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the booked stay will be charged to your credit card.
In the event of a ‘no-show’ or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of the booked stay will be charged to your credit card. Any reduction in the length of stay is considered a cancellation.

When you wake up, you’ll find a rich and generous buffet breakfast featuring homemade pastries, fruit juices, coffee and milk, jams, croissants, brioches, plum cake, cereals, biscuits, rusks, Nutella, water, fruit juices, yoghurt and butter.
We embrace the concept of a short supply chain and aim to offer you a selection of locally sourced, zero-mile produce, depending on the season.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 every morning, providing an opportunity to get to know us and ask the owners for further information and advice on what to visit during the day.
